Warranty Policy:
2 YEARS WARRANTY
Urban Meuble products are guaranteed against any defect in material or workmanship (defect) for 2
years. The warranty will apply only for defects discovered during the warranty period and will only
benefit the original purchaser of the product. Urban Meuble product complies with product’s
technical description and specification; it is up to you to ensure that they are suitable for the use you
wish to make of them and to choose them accordingly.

CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION AND CASES OF EXCLUSION
The following damage is not covered by the warranty:
Damage resulting from normal wear and tear of the product.
Damage resulting from transport or storage of the product.
Damage resulting from use not in accordance with the intended purpose of the products or poor
maintenance.
Damage resulting from product modification.
Damage resulting from shock, caused by sharp objects, twisting, compression, dropping, abnormal
impact and other actions beyond the control of Urban Meuble.
ENFORCEMENT OF THE WARRANTY
In the event of a defect, Urban Meuble undertakes at its discretion either to reimburse the product
or to replace the product free of charge. This choice will be made by Urban Meuble based on the
following considerations:
The value that the product would have if there were no defect,
The importance of the defect
The inconvenience generated by the compensation offered to the initial buyer. Urban Meuble
undertakes that any refund or replacement will be made within a reasonable time, taking into
account the nature of the good and the use sought by the latter.

HOW THE WARRANTY WORKS

team, your product will be replaced or refunded.
We offer free shipping for all orders delivered in mainland UK. As part of the exercise of the right of
withdrawal, returns and refunds are possible. If the customer changes his mind and/or decides to no

costs of returning the products are the responsibility of the customer. The transport of the products
