2-YEAR WARRANTY

Urban Meuble products are guaranteed against any material or manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years. The warranty only applies to defects discovered during the warranty period and only benefits the initial purchaser of the product. Urban Meuble products conform to their technical description and specifications; it is your responsibility to ensure their suitability for the intended use and to choose accordingly.

CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION AND EXCLUSION CASES

The following damages are not covered by the warranty: Damage resulting from normal wear and tear of the product Damage resulting from the transport or storage of the product Damage resulting from non-conforming use of the products or improper maintenance. Damage resulting from modification of the product Damage resulting from impact caused by sharp objects, torsion, compression, falls, abnormal impact, and other actions beyond the control of Urban Meuble.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

In case of defects, Urban Meuble undertakes, at its discretion, to either refund the product or replace it free of charge. This choice will be made by Urban Meuble based on the following considerations: The value that the product would have if there were no defects, The importance of the defect The inconvenience generated by the proposed compensation for the initial purchaser. Urban Meuble undertakes to ensure that any refund or replacement is made within a reasonable time, taking into account the nature of the goods and the intended use by the purchaser.

OPERATION OF THE WARRANTY

For any warranty claim, contact Urban Meuble via the website or by email. Once examined by Urban Meuble, your product will be replaced or refunded. We offer free shipping for any order delivered in metropolitan France. In the context of exercising the right of withdrawal, return and refund are possible. If the customer changes their mind and/or decides not to keep the item that is nonetheless intact and without any quality issue. In this case, the return costs of the products are borne by the customer. The transport of the products thus returned is the responsibility of the customer. In the event that the product, due to its nature (bulky and/or heavy or of high value), cannot be handled by the Post Office, the customer may call upon the services of a carrier of their choice. The return of the entire product(s) ordered and delivered intact will result in a refund equal to the total amount paid by the customer, i.e., the purchase price of the product(s) purchased. The customer's refund will be made by any means of payment within 30 days of receipt by the seller of the customer's request to exercise the right of withdrawal, provided that the product concerned has been received by the seller during this period.
